RetroWarehouse periodically sponsors two types of contests.

We run one type or the other for one month at our discretion. The contest will open at noon on the first day of the month and will close at midnight on the last day of the month. You must subscribe to participate.

1) The Challenge tests the knowledge or skills of entrants on various topics. Entries (answers to the contests) must be submitted via e-mail.

• Entrants must include their full name and e-mail address or their entries will be considered invalid.
  

• Entries received prior to contest close are eligible to participate unless prohibited by law.
  

• One randomly selected entry from the pool of correct responses will be chosen as the winner. If there is only one correct response by the close of the contest, that entry will be determined as the winner. If there are no correct responses by the close of the contest, the contest will be null and void, and the prizes will be available, at our discretion, for a subsequent contest.
  

• The odds of winning depends upon the number of entries received.

2) Subscribers to WaveTracks also participate in the Invitational, a contest of chance. Active subscribers are automatically entered in this drawing unless they request otherwise.

• All active subscribers are eligible to win unless prohibited by law.
  

• Subscription requests received prior to contest close are eligible to participate unless prohibited by law.
  

• One randomly selected entry from the pool of active subscribers will be chosen as the winner.
  

• The odds of winning depends upon the number of active subscribers.

By entering either contest you agree to be bound by all rules governing these contests, including but not limited to, those previously listed and the following:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required of the winner prior to delivery of the prize(s).
  

• Only one entry per person, per contest will be accepted. Multiple entries may render the entrant ineligible.
  

• Prizes will vary and will be awarded monthly. There will be only one winner per contest.
  

• No purchase of any product is necessary to enter or win. However, you must be on our Subscription List to be eligible to participate.
  

• Draws will be held between 10:00 p.m. and midnight (EST) on the last day of the month.
  

• The winner will be notified via e-mail and must reply with real name and postal mail address within 72 hours or forfeit the prize. Prize notifications returned as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture.
  

• Prizes are not refundable, exchangeable, assignable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
  

• The winner assumes sole responsibility for all applicable municipal, state, provincial and federal fees, levies, taxes, import duties, overland transport costs, etc.
  

• Unclaimed prizes will be available, at our discretion, for a subsequent contest.
  

• Winner consents to the use and advertisement of his or her name, city of residence, photographs and/or likeness in any public announcement or promotion concerning winners and agrees to provide a written consent if requested by contest owner (unless prohibited by law).
  

• Winners' names will be posted in the RetroWarehouse Winners' Circle.
  

• Employees and partners of RetroWarehouse and their families are not eligible to enter. Owners and employees of client companies and vendors of RetroWarehouse and their families are not eligible.
  

• This contest complies with all known federal contest laws. It is void where prohibited and the entrant certifies that his or her entry is not prohibited by any law or regulation governing his/her state or local municipality.
  

• RetroWarehouse, its owners, administrators, partners, sponsors and assigns are not responsible for lost, damaged, mutilated, late, stolen, unreadable, postage due or misdirected entries, transmissions or problems of any kind whether mechanical, electronic or human.
  

• By participating, subscribers agree to these official rules and to the decisions of the sponsors, which will be final and binding in all respects.
  

• Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this contest at any time for any reason.
  

• These rules are subject to change without prior notice.
