Phantom’s review: W.C. Fields stars as the president of Klopstokia, a position he holds until another citizen can beat him at arm wrestling. In order to save his country from bankruptcy, he plans to cash in on a deal with a wealthy industrialist, who promises to invest in successful atheletes at the Olympics. Everyone has high hopes that Klopstokia will be victorious, because they live in a place where all the men, incidentally named George, are endowed with great strength and agility (by the way, all the women are named Angela).

Fields is joined by a host of well-known comedians: Susan Fleming (the future Mrs. Harpo Marx) plays Fields' daughter, Lyda Roberti stars as a very sexy Femme Fatale, Jack Oakie is Fields' future son-in-law, Andy Clyde is Fields' trusted assistant, Dickie Moore as Fields' son in this film before his Little Rascal days, and Hugh Herbert as a government official (you will remember Hugh, who starred in many Three Stooges shorts). Million Dollar Legs is packed with laughs. If you are a fan of W.C. Fields, this film is not to be missed!
